You need the window crank removal tool. Car audio places have them.
You can also use a dull knife to remove the clip between the handle and the door panel. Be careful when the clip goes flying out because it's very small.
Once you get it out, to put the crank back on, put the clip on the crank. Then slide the crank onto theshaft. It should snap in.
Take a second and look at the clip and the back of the crank and you'll notice that it only goes in one way.
