I just use a small standard screwdriver. You can pull the window roller out just enough so that the clip becomes visible. Then just work off one of the ends till it pops off!! Snap it on much the same way. You have to put the roller back on THEN slide the clip in there till it clips itself on.

Pretty easy once you do it once.
