Greddy are idiots.
The CPS is a diagnostic sensor only and the ECU could care less about it. It's not in safe mode with it tripped, same with nearly 80% of the onboard sensors on the engine. The only codes you should worry about are MAF, ignition signal, cylinder misfire, O2, and rich/lean condition.
My Emanage was simple to tune with over 13 codes stored, all emissions related.
