so all your lines are ok and you have fluid? try to bleed your system first, could be air in your lines.

one thought could be the fork itself not dpressing the clutch. but i would go with bleeding the system. remeber to bleed from the slave and dampner. and dont forget you have to pick up your pedal and push it back down its not vacuumed like a brake system so dont worry about that. call a freind over and start pumping and bleeding see if that helps any
