Your exhaust is there to do more then just quite your car down. It creats a current/tunnel affect that puts enough pressure to harmonize all that beautifull power your hot rod is pushing(in its stock form). Now is that pipe the perfect size hmmm probably could be a tad bigger and that is why peopel go w/ cat back exhaust system. HKS, Trust, Tanabe do all that R&D for a reason.
