Ouch... Yeah, start splicing. Mke sure you solder them, if you don't know how, search google to learn how, there are PLENTY of tutorials out there on soldering. On the ones where the melted section isn't RIGHT AT the plug, you could also just splice a new section in, without having to get the pin out. Looks like some of the melting is at teh plug though, so you will probably have to take out at least 1 or 2 pins. Good luck!
