Yes. The bolt pattern is 5x114mm, aka 5x4.5", which is the same as almost all 5-lug Nissans, plus a bunch of other 5-lug Japanese cars and even the '94 and later Mustang!

The 300ZX brakes will fit with minimal mods - check the FAQ section.

The 300ZX front brakes will fit with the stock 4-lug setup as well, if the rotors are redrilled to fit.
