1.Set the preload to where the springs and the preload perch sits snug where the springs don't really move. Constantly adjusting this will change your ride characteristics and will shift the balance of your car. Change this in the future.
2.Then, change your ride height. This will affect your camber and toe so doing this last doesn't really make any sense.

5.adjust your damper last. Since its new, set it to what KTS suggests during break in.

If you really want it track ready i suggest the camber, toe and preload to be done at an alignment place with a corner balance so all you really need to do is step 2.
