1) how does it yellow on the INSIDE? it's not exposed to any contaminants like the outside is.
2) if you were to wetsand it, use 2000 grit sandpaper, not 1000.
3) wetsanding is not neccessary. as said before, buff it with a mild/heavy grit compound.
4) if you don't have a buffer, use meguire's/mcguire's (how the fuck do they spell that anyway?) plastic polish and cleaner.
5) if you don't believe me, piss off.
