s13 Chuki ABS rotors are 257x22
s13 chuki NON-ABS rotors are 252x20
the front pads and calipers are also different. rears are the same across the board.
i don't know if this applies to the zenki s13 also but i would assume so.

the reason your s14 rotors worked is because all s14 rotors are the same as the s13 non abs equipment, 252x20.
