There are a few R200Vs that are not ABS equipped, but it's rare. I actually have a JDM Z32 R200V that's not ABS, although every single US model comes with 4channel ABS. So yes, 99.9% of the time if you buy a VLSD from a S14, J30, S13, etc. it will have the added length on the snout. But to fully answer your question, there is no such thing as an ABS equipped diff installed in an non ABS car. It's either ABS or not.
