1-1 EGR. Most people remove it.
1-2 Air/oil separator. Keep it for now. When you go with a top mount turbo you can figure out what to do with it.
2 - looks like one of the harnesses behind the battery area. I can't tell what it is just from looking at it.
3 - 1 heater core to block
3 - 2 head to heater core
3 - 3 brake booster. the hose that got clipped off went to the RHD booster. take the US hose and plug it into that port.
4 - vent hose. point it up anywhere convenient so dirt doesn't fall in.
5 - looks like the bracket that sits on the strut tower for the igniter chip. I'm not quite sure what the other 2 solenoids are because people don't use them. One of them is the boost solenoid.
6 - fuel return, fuel inlet from fuel filter. Match these with your car and don't mix them up.
FPR vacuum is the small hose, BOV/CBV vacuum is the big hose, EVAP canister vacuum is the bottom one. plug it if you don't have evap canister.
If you want to save yourself a lot of trouble, do the following:
1) follow the coolant return line from the turbo to the back of the motor. Weld the water inlet on the block shut. Get an S14 SR water outlet and reroute the coolant return line to the water outlet.
2) Slice off the two heater core fittings and weld on 5/8" fittings. Then get flexible 5/8" heater hoses and connect them to your heater core.
You will thank me later. Post up if you have specific questions.
