smog is still valid, i cannot hold on to the car, the person who flaked already put a deposit but never bothered to call back. Also trying to sell his car, he had specifically said it would take no longer then 1 week, its been 3 weeks.
Only inquire if you have payment ready and are interesting in purchasing the car asap. Thanks!
