Also alot of SR's get reverted to stock before they are cut up and shipped. I would check metal flakes in the oil, and scaring on the cam lobes to judge engine wear.

this is something i didnt bother doing but is really crucial if i do a motorswap again... if the motor is out, replace/maintenence every little easy thing there is. You might as well and it will be worth your wild.
