If you plan on going over 300rwhp I think that it would be more cost effective in the end to shell out the extra money on the s15. The internals are stronger and the turbo is a little bit larger. The engine should be good to 300+rwhp on stock internals and turbo so long as the fuel system is properly modified iirc.
