Like I said...10 ton floor jack...it's about 5 feet long and the handle itself is another 4 ft. With this jack it's pretty safe as long as the front is on the ground or on level stands. The jack is huge and the "plate" cups the dif perfectly...it's about 7-8" across. I do not think a single stand under the dif is safe b/c they don't have as big a base for the car to sit on so it'd probably be pretty tipsy.
