most newer plugs come gapped
i know you should never gap a platnum plug
im not sure about iridium
get a measuring tool and measure them if you feel so inclined
my car has the boch platnum +4 plugs that are ready to be installed right from the box. a couple of other people have then too. personally i didnt notice a diference from the stockers, but they were due to be changed
