I woudln't ditch the tube just in case it decides to spit something out (like if you overfill with fluid) though i've never seen it happen, but replacing the pink tube can't hurt haha (no one will see it but now we all know). Everyone starts somewhere, I remember asking really noobish questions that would get me uber neg-repped now, so I try to help whenever I can
