1. Check Clutch pedal adjustment for free play. 2. If your clutch is in good shape, then check your pressure plate. The springs could be shot forcing it to slip by not pushing the clutch plate to the flywheel. 3. Even though you say your clutch plate is good, do visual inspection, if there is any contaminaiton on it-you should replace it. 4. Check your flywheel for contamination as well.
