I used to DD 10/8 Spring rates on Tien Super Drift Coilovers. It wasn't as bad as you would think - you'll get used to it. Sometimes you have to sacrifice comfort for performance.
I'd go with Stance Coilovers. They are awesome coilovers for track and DD. I'd also go with the Tanabe Sevens.
No matter what you pick though you will feel every single bump, crack, etc. on the street. It'll need some getting used to.
