i've had 5 cars:
st - 1983 oldsmobile toronado. 5 liter v8, decent acceleration, fwd. it was a very very comfortable car for long trips, handled 4 wheeler/dirt bike trails very well.
nd - 1990 oldsmobile delta 88. i wanted a celica alltrac at this point, but instead i got this piece of shit. cloverleafs were restricted to about 40 mph, and that was pushing it to the limit. not as comfortable as the toronado.
rd - 1988 honda civic dx. this car was $20. it needed a gas tank, which was $35, and the hardware was $15. no other parts were replaced over the 2000 miles i put on it in the 3 weeks i had it. i drove this car hard as hell on dirt, it was alright.
th - 1986 toyota corolla gt-s. i drifted this car around every corner possible. i learned how to change a rearend after meeting a curb. i learned that fixing the rear brakes after replacing a rear end is important after i met up with a guardrail and ended this cars life. this was a great car, but it cruised at 4500 rpms, 5th gear at 80 mph.
th - 1989 nissan 240sx. red coupe, 94k miles, excellent condition interior and exterior. my favorite car so far, with the hachiroku as a close 2nd.
