You could replace the bearing yourself, but you'd have to make sure the pinion's lash lines up (the pinion and the gear mate up correctly). Best thing to do would be have a gear shop do it for you.
If I'm not mistaken, the output shafts on the Z LSD are a five star bolt pattern (with a bolt hole on each star point), and the S13 has 3 stars with 2 bolt holes on each of the 3 star points. So, you'd need the output shafts and the bearing replaced.
