Ok I just tried to install my rear bar.  Here is what I have found.  The muffler side fit fine.  I unbolted the bracket that holds the muffler hangers, that got it out of the way.  Then I removed the two bolts that are present on the frame rail.  Got two of the supplied bolts with the needed washers, and bolted that side up.

Now the other side is the one that seems to be a bit, uh not so easy.  One would think that the bar would slide on into place.  Well it kinda does.  But the (or my) problem is that it doesn't fit flush with the frame rail (I haven't tried to figure out where it is getting stuck just yet.  I tried to use a floor jack to press it up flush as much as possible to the rail, but it didn't seem to hold.  I think it is that the brace has a 45 (approx) degree angle to it (with respect to the ground) to conform to the rail, but in reality the rail is more horizontal.  I will try to take some pics to help out.

kevin

hope the front goes on a little easier.
