I had originally made some brackets that were basically the same as the oem ones, but the seat sat entirely too high for me. I'm 6' and my head was half and inch from the roof. Anyways, to got the seat to sit lower because I set the brackets slightly under the support beam that the original seat brackets attach to. I welded my new brackets which bolt to the sliders to that support beam.

If you want the seats extra low its going to cost big time, unless you're a badass and can make stuff yourself.
