If you want to see a forum that works well, I think the VWVortex is a perfect example.  Of course I'm not sure how it'd translate to the 240SX community, which is smaller and obviously covers a smaller range of cars.  If only there was a way to unite the Nissan community entirely like that, instead of having >5 different big Z-car forums, 3 different big 240SX forums (not to mention a lot more international S-chassis forums), Sentra/SR20DE forums, 510 forums...
