240racer is an unknown quantity at this point
I made my manifold out of 304 Stainless tubing 1.75" OD x .065" wall (16 gauge) that I ordered from Burns I also placed the turbo a little different, which made for longer runners, so I had to order more material. I had a friend of mine water jet cut the flanges from 3/8" and 1/2" SST. Then another friend spent about 10hrs cutting the tubing, including making a very nice 4:1 merge collector. Then I spent about 15hrs of actual welding. I didn't keep track of the time I spent on it other then welding. It ended up very nice and looks really cool. I'll try to have pictures up as soon as possible.
the parts ended up costing about $150 and the labor was quite expensive, even though I didn't have to pay for it.
I'm really happy with this idea though, I would always do a similar setup for any manifold I was involved with.
