Yep - but I'm sure it (legal swap to VH) can be done.... that would definately be the final mod for my vert. Even without any crazy mods I figure you can easily get 250 at the wheels...
Not sure about the powdercoating though - I know it has nothing to do with emissions, but I can see that as a CHP magnet
I'd keep it bone stock - no chrome parts, keep the infiniti engine conver and all...
