I guess if you were brought up spoiled it doesn't really matter how much money they spend on stupid shit. But forget all that mess, I rather earn my stuff than be spoon fed. Although a few gifts here and there never hurt anybody. You have to learn the value of a dollar sometime in life.
Funny thing is I went to school with a bunch of kids like that some where my friends, I always noticed that they didnt care about anything.
"hey mom i ran my car into a tree last night"
"its OK honey, we'll get you a new one tomorrow"
