umm...it would help if you gave a year for that 240SX...but I assuming you mean the 95-96. Anyways the "late s14" is the 97-98 240SX or Kouki S-14...or whatever people call it....but its pretty close to that and...the side skirts and rear bumper..I'm assuming the JDM bumper will fit any S-14 (95-98).
