to tell you the truth - when we did it on my old S14... we used a hammer + chisel. Used the chisel to dent the outter metal ring on the bushing and then a hammer to pound it out. The new one slides in like butter if you use enough grease.

A shop that will press out the old one is likely a better idea though.
