Nothing will be easier than FL Studio and Acid, respectively, simple as that.
I am learning and loving Ableton Live 6 myself, having all the functionality of several other programs with a slightly less painful learning curve, but one must understand that the more feature-rich programs will be a little more difficult to learn, but SO fulfilling when you got it down pat.
