Is there any reason that everyone else turbo has a nice high-pitched turbo whine, and mine doesn't?  SR20DET, KA-T, Mitsu GS-T, that stupid turbo'd MX-6, all nice and high pitched "vrrrrrrr" sound.  And mine... sounds like a damn V-8!

What do they (did you) do to get that?  Are your external wastegates plumbed into your exhaust?  Are you running smaller (t28) turbos... I mean... I really want that badass high pitched whine, and not a roaring V-8.
