Shiet been there done that. When I got stationed in Travis (norcal) I went down to my parents in SD and they gave me some furniture. I used a U-haul to drive all the stuff up. Everything was dandy till I got to the fucking grapevine. Automatic transmission didnt wanna downshift going up hill. So when the grade got too high, the engine would die. Id have to restart it and itll start on a lower gear. Then once I got to the other side of the grapevine, its the other way around, it got stuck in the low gear and wouldnt shift up. I ended up driving all the way from where the 5 and 99 split all the way to Fairfield doing 30mph and I had to fill up twice.

Then I had a friend who rented a hitch from them. U-haul employee installed the hitch and tow. He made it 1/2 a mile away and the fucking latch came off and toter flew off the ball and slammed into the truck gate. He is still waiting for a check to fix gate...
