This shit happened in Riverton, a suburb just south of Salt Lake City.

But really though, this stuff happens all the time (home owner disputes). Up until about 15 years ago Riverton was a very rural community. I mean, I'm talking about small 2-3 bedroom houses sitting on acres of lands with horses (or the occassional lama) grazing.
Then all the suburbanites came to town looking for that "country" feeling but with all the suburban comforts like strip malls, fast food places, and box stores. Nowadays Riverton looks like every other fucking boring and bland suburban community.
Too bad too, since I liked driving through that part of the city.
