hmmm, i was at this guys same dilemma awhile back...i considerd that, with the s13 redtop---been there, done that,good for its power, but meh, not for me....

then the s15 blacktop..good engine, and hey you even get the 6 speed tranny, plus vtc..hmm, for my less than 300hp goals, this was perfect, but damn those things are expensive, plus the 6spd thing is alot of extra work, and from what i hear not worth it if i choose to try and put it in(lol, i need a tranny).....

then the s14 blacktop..basically a s15 blacktop, but with an untweaked s15 turbo, yahhh..oh wells, the turbo can always be ungraded if i choose so, and hey guess what i also have vtc still....so a good fun little motor, a few hundered cheaper than the s15, lol, it came down to my personal pref. after that....Besides, its more fitting to me to have an s14 motor in my s14, lol...not entirely my reasons for choosing that engine, but hey, whatever right...good engine hunting bro..and oh yea, dont forget to check the dealers section on this site, as they have some good deals..peace, and good luck ^_^
