I've done business with them before and I wouldn't say that they had bad customer service, it's just that they need to keep an up to date inventory so you don't try to overnight shit from them that they don't have in stock. I don't know if they are super busy but I don't think it would be very hard to state the fact that you are out of product that could have been purchased from another company that did have it available.
