Cus if you get busted you're in deep shit.

Plus, some of the time, it's dangerous and annoying to the people whose streets your racing on.

Thats about it... if you're doing shit in an isolated area, I dont think there's a problem. It's still illegal and you'll be in deep shit if you're busted, but at least it doesnt affect anyone more than yourself.
