The t28 is a very responsive turbo and very well matched to the CA. However, if you took the time to build up your motor then you are selling yourself short with the t28. An internally stock ca with proper fuel management will run all day at max boost on a t28. You may want to consider something larger to take advantage of your internals.
Another alternative is the t3 super 60. i just swapped my t25 for this turbo and love it. i am about to swap in my 550's and tune it at 1bar and that is on an internally stock ca.
