actually after re reading your post and seeing the new ones i doubt its your t/o bearing. you would hear more of a grinding noise.

i just changed my clutch bymyself some 500 + miles ago and i finally drove my car after its been sitting for winter storage

check and see if your bushing in the clutch pedal is good and also just lube the spring like fourg63 said
