95 s14 sr20 - motor runs ruff and very rich, I tried starting the car and took out the fuse for the fuel pump, and the motor smoothed out and ran fine. It wasn't rich and didn't smoke. I am thinking it could be the fuel pressure regulator or something to that effect. (the car does have a walbro 255lph)
