Looks good! You may want to put signal lights though...I know you have to get the JDM clears and they ain't cheap but those openings make the car look a little cheap. Plus you don't want rust to build up in there.
The fogs or OK. I would get some that match the headlights but to each his/her own.
Rims would look better flush but they look alright like that. At least you won't have to worry about the wheels throwing rocks and chipping your paint. If you do get spacers, get the best quality like H&R.
