Been there, done that.
I had a new clutch put in. 25 miles later, it was slipping like a bitch. They didn't adjust the pedal! There was zero free play.
So the first 150 miles or so was hell on the clutch. I think it is slipping again, so I have been shifting at 3.5k or below.
Do you have an ACT clucth? With an ACT sticker on the rear window?
