also i noticed you meant twin turbo rx7, i'd say go with the FC because of price, and its basically the same engine except for the turbo setup, the manifolds (though an FD/3g turbo system and intake manifolds are a direct swap onto the FC/2g), and the engine mounting locations. they're pretty much the same engine totally internally, and have just as much potential in the end.
