If I remember when I was last at Thunderhill, I was one of the only guys to 'rent' a helmet when I was there. (Came in handy that day too... heh)

Anyway, I think the cost was like $20 and they wanted a deposit (license/keys/credit card), but I know for sure it was $20. After that, I bought my helmet cuz I know it'll be worth it and good for another 7 yrs.

As for the course, it is a real racetrack... I think it was in one of the Cadilla comercials... dunno which car was featured... maybe the CTS? Anyway, that's the course. But its easy to use Yahoo/Google and put in a search for "Thunderhill Raceway", right? &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sarcasm.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':sarcasm:'>

If you're in Sacramento, you're close to it. I'm not sure if I'm going to go... but like everyone says, X-mas means buying gifts and I still want new rims/tires before I subject my car to the track. Please keep us updated!!
