I am also having the same issues but with aother seller(ka24deturbo ).
He sold me his ctune rear suspension links such as rucas, toe rod, and traction arm.
but he only sent me the traction rod and the toe rod.
He gave me a tracking number but i get the same thing "Billing Information Recieved".
since april 15th. still no package.
I've been trying to contact him but he never did reply to my calls and PMs..
he still owes me the rucas...
