Ok, my idle was low so I tried to adjust the idle using the idle screw on the back of the manifold. BUT I forgot to disconnect the TBS connect.  Now, it feels like my timing is off, cuz my car feels like its not moveing at all between gears.

WHAT do I do?  Can I just put the screw back the same amount of turns?  I dont have a timing light, or is there anything else I can try?  Or is it somthing other than me screwing up the idle screw?

Im lost.
