at least for the price, they are everything you could want. no dampening adjustment but it keeps them simple and imo more reliable. my brother rocks them on his s13 coupe and he's dailied them for about 2 years now. no problems whatsoever. as far as how low they can go? as low as you would need it. i think he's had the rear almost all the way down just to see how low it was and he was tucking the tires. so height adjustability is good. they are streetable meaning they can hold up, but you will feel the road.
