uhh if by turbo exhaust u mean 3" inlet, than no. Never found a single dual tipped one that i would like.
On the other hand, i found a great stock looking muffler for my 240sx with a 2.5" inlet.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymot....9064716. Yeah, it doesn't have a brand name and it's made kinda cheap, but at least it looks decent. The inner diameter is 2.4" each tip. One of them is lieing in my basement, and it looks almost like the stock muffler with the SE tips. And if the 2.5" piping worries ya cuz you wonna get a turbo later, here are 3 things that should take care of the small inlet: a. at low psi you aren't pushing more than 2.5" can handle. b. You can always run an open wastegate. 3. boosteds14 was runnning 2.5" fireball on his ~400hp 240.
