18's will fit, but they are going to slow you down quite a bit, not to mention punch a hole in your wallet. I'm planning on 16's or 17's I really want 16's, but I don't know if I want to get them in case I do a brake upgrade.

As far as width goes, I believe it's 10" rear, and 9" up front.
