you will be fine running higher psi on turbo especially if you have the FMIC, you only need to leave the car running after you stop if you have been running the car really hard or redlining it (basically forcing the motor a lot)
then leave it on a bit to cool down, I have an extra turbo timer(greddy brand new) if you do need one.
